To this day, Maureen remembers all too well the feelings she had when she graduated from college and started her first job as a registered nurse.

Anxious to strengthen her clinical skills, she spent the first few years of her career as a staff nurse in a large healthcare system in St. Louis.

When an opportunity for a home health nurse became available, this independent and determined individual became the perfect fit in caring for the elderly population in their homes. When you work in home health, you really get to know the patients and their families.

Developing those close relationships was one of the things she loved most about her job. Maureen saw this wonderful profession as her purpose in life.

But God had a different plan for this caring and compassionate individual. She has been blessed with a loving husband and four children, who to this day are the center of their parent’s life.

Maureen believes that being a wife and mother are the most rewarding things she will ever do in her life.

Maureen enjoyed an active childhood and parents who inspired each of their children to work hard and pursue their dreams. She has raised her own children with the same appreciation for the importance of family and traditional values. She is aware that this foundation has been her motivation to strive for success in life.

All too soon her children were grown and had moved on to new phases of their own lives.
